![]() ![]() This concerns me because I am wondering if the fix we are using is now using TLS 1.0 which they somehow started enforcing in preparation of October 31st., but will it break again come October 31st because the copiers can't do TLS 1.2? I think Sharp is working on a firmware fix. I asked why this changed in September when the alert below mentions an October 31st date and they said nothing changed, we have needed to use TLS for a while. They told me that from the settings the problem was I only had the ability to use SSL and I needed to use TLS. They looked at the copier settings with me through a screen sharing session and had me look at the logs to see what error I was getting. ![]() ![]() I kept inisisting and showed them that GMAIL worked but Office 365 did not. As a result, I opened up a ticket with Microsoft and initially, they swore nothing changed on their end and kept telling me I had to speak to the "application developer". I spoke with our vendor and they received word from Sharp that this was happening to a large number of customers and they were working on a fix but did not have one yet.
